Margaret Rudzinski, Principal

“CHA has motivated and supported me since Day One.”

Margaret Rudzinski

Margaret Rudzinski joined CHA in 1984 as a Project Technical Assistant while attending St. Rose College, where she graduated Cum Laude in 1985 with a double major. Over the next 20 years, Margo worked to hone her skills as an environmental resource specialist, environmental scientist, and project manager. She has been promoted six times since she started her career, and is now the Resource Manager for CHA’s Facilities and Energy Division. She was named Principal in 2003.

Margo’s “on-the-job” accomplishments include the development of CHA’s Health and Safety Program and the acquisition and management of numerous major contracts. She played an instrumental role in implementing CHA’s Total Quality Management (TQM) Program, and is considered an expert on implementing TQM programs in our industry. Margo has specialized knowledge in stormwater regulations, landfill reclamation, and air emissions. She has assisted many industrial, institutional, and governmental facilities with multimedia environmental compliance and cleanup projects as well as the implementation of environmental management systems.

“CHA has motivated and supported me since Day One,” Margo says. “When you give your all to CHA, it comes back ten-fold. I have been provided with the best leadership, mentoring, and training our industry has to offer, and have been empowered to do whatever I need to do to be responsive to my clients and to make CHA a better place to work. This, of course, does not come overnight. It comes with working hard and developing a trusting relationship with the people you work with, supervise and who supervise you.”
