Survey, preliminary and final design, permitting, and engineering support during construction for an environmentally sensitive, five-mile, $56 million limited-access highway that was constructed on a new location spanning the New York-Vermont border. This context-sensitive design incorporated six new bridges including a four-lane, 860’ curved-girder structure as well as animal passage provisions throughout the project.
